Group Discussions on Change Management Best Practices

This is your turn to participate in a change management conversation about a topic that is important to you. Members of the ACMP Board of Directors, fellow change practitioners and thought leaders will facilitate various discussion groups. Two weeks prior to the conference, ACMP will email a list of topic suggestions all to delegates. You will decide which topics are of greatest importance to you or you can add your own. The topics with the most votes will be discussed in this session. Topics that could be covered include: the ROI of change management; creating a change management function; establishing a structure of Peer Advocates or Change Champions; How to get leaders involved in the process of change management; and setting up a change portfolio process.
